Upgrade Questions.
1. Why should I upgrade my account?
Upgrading provides many benefits including Verified Buyer status (so advertisers know you are able to buy online), visitors to spend on promoting your own websites, and better targeting for your adverts.

2. Can I upgrade without a credit or debit card?
No, to qualify for Verified Buyer status you must have an active credit or debit card account.
3. Will upgrading give me more adverts to click?
All paid membership levels come with Verified Buyer status. This shows advertisers that you can make transactions online with a credit or debit card. There are generally more adverts to click for Verified Buyers. However, upgrading your account does not guarantee more adverts every day.
4. I just upgraded and I'm being asked allocate visitors. What does this mean?
All paid membership levels come with visitors. These can be used to promote your own websites on WordLinx. Simply create an advert, wait for it to be approved, then click Allocate Visitors on the new advert. Complete the page to create a new campaign and a new link on the Browse Ads page.
5. My account level has gone back to Basic. Why have I been downgraded?
If you cancelled your PayPal subscription, your account will have been downgraded immediately.
Otherwise, you may be using the wrong account. Please check your member number (can be found at the end of your Referral Link on Referrals page) matches the number on your PayPal transactions.
6. Why has my PayPal subscription been cancelled?
If your subscription has ended by itself, the credit or debit card associated with your subscription may have expired. If that is the case, please contact us, so we can help you re-upgrade.
