Advertiser Questions.
1. How much does it cost to advertise?
Just $0.01 USD per click! Each click is a real visitor to your website for 30 seconds or more. A link to your website will appear in a list of links shown to our members. Members click on your link to visit your website. WordLinx charges a small commission on top of advertising fees to support admin.
Alternatively, you can allocate credits you have earned like a traffic exchange. If you use WordLinx in this way you get a great exchange ratio of 20:18 (basic members) or 20:19 (upgraded members).
2. Which balance should I select when allocating visitors?
You can either use Earned Credits (credits you have earned by clicking on paid links) or Visitors (visitors purchased via the Buy Visitors page, or those included when upgrading).
If you select Earned Credits there is a -10% fee for basic members and a -5% fee for upgraded members. For example, if you earned 100 credits and wanted to allocate them, you would see 90 (basic members) or 95 (upgraded members) available. This gives the exchange ratios listed above.
3. What payment processor do you use?
Our credit and debit card payments are handled by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to advertise (simply use direct order), but you do need a PayPal account to get paid as a member. This ensures all credit and debit card payments are recorded and all parties are protected against fraud.
4. How can I target my advertising by location?
Please upgrade your account to Premier ($10 p/m) or Pro ($25 p/m). Login for more details.
5. I just purchased some visitors, why hasn't my Visitors balance updated?
Please allow up to one hour for your balance to update. If it still isn't showing, please login and refresh your page by pressing Ctrl and F5 together. This will clear your cache and let you see the most recent version of the page. Rebooting your system and logging out/in again may also help.
Please allow up to 7 days for eCheck (eCheque) payments to clear.
6. Why hasn't my website received any visitors?
You need to allocate your visitors. Click My Adverts and select an approved advert. Click Allocate Visitors, then type in a number and select a balance. Then click the Create Campaign button.
